This hand-carved linocut observes a hare held in stillness within the landscape. Rather than capturing movement, the composition focuses on presence - how an animal occupies space when it is fully alert but unmoving.

Attention is drawn to surface texture and subtle tonal shifts, where carved lines describe fur, earth and grass.
